Can I request a custom 3D printed item?
Yes. We can assist with custom 3D printing projects for individuals, businesses and creators.
If you already have a finished design, send us the STL file or a link to the model. If you only have an idea, sketch, photograph or measurements, we can assess whether it can be turned into a printable model.

How much does 3D printing cost?
Pricing depends on factors such as:
- Size
- Material
- Print time
- Complexity
- Finishing requirements

Send us your 3D model, reference image or idea and we will provide a custom quote.
Do you design 3D models too, or only print them?
Yes. We also offer basic 3D design services.
If you do not yet have a printable model, we may be able to create one using your description, measurements, sketches or reference images.
Design work is quoted separately based on complexity.
Can you turn a photo or sketch into a 3D model?
In many cases, yes.
Send us your photo, sketch or reference material and we will assess what is possible. Creating a 3D model from a two-dimensional reference may require additional design work.
Any design costs will be discussed and quoted before work begins.
I found a 3D model online. Can you print it for me?
Yes.
If you found a model on MakerWorld, Thingiverse, Cults3D or another 3D model platform, send us the link or STL file.
We will review the model, confirm whether it is suitable for printing, recommend an appropriate material and provide a quote.

Do you offer bulk discounts or reseller pricing?
Yes. We offer custom pricing for larger quantities.
This can include:
- Corporate orders
- Event products
- Branded items
- Reseller orders
- Small-batch production

Can I choose the colour of my print?
Yes.
We offer a selection of filament colours and materials. Let us know what you are looking for and we will confirm the options currently available.
If a specific colour or material needs to be sourced for your project, additional costs or lead times may apply.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
We take care to manufacture and package every order to a high standard.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an unexpected issue, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the problem.
We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Not at this stage.
