Can I request a custom 3D printed item?
Yes. We can assist with custom 3D printing projects for individuals, businesses and creators. If you already have a finished design, send us the STL file or a link to the model. If you only have an idea, sketch, photograph or measurements, we can assess whether it can be turned into a printable model. Email your request to hello@ru3d.co.za and we will guide you through the process, pricing and available material options.
How much does 3D printing cost?
Pricing depends on factors such as size, material, print time, complexity, finishing requirements and quantity. Send us your 3D model, reference image or idea and we will provide a custom quote.
How long will delivery take?
We ship within 1–3 business days for items we have in stock. Custom 3D prints may take a few extra days depending on the complexity of the order.
Can I choose the colour of my print?
Yes. We offer a selection of filament colours and materials. Let us know what you are looking for and we will confirm the options currently available. If a specific colour or material needs to be sourced for your project, additional costs or lead times may apply.
